What exactly are nitro drinks?

Can I also use regular cream chargers (N2O) for Nitro Coffee?
No – only iSi Nitro Chargers with pure nitrogen (N₂) produce the desired effect. Cream chargers contain nitrous oxide (N₂O) and are intended for completely different applications and are also not compatible with the iSi Nitro.
How do I use the Nitro Chargers?
Nitro Chargers are ONLY compatible with the iSi Nitro Whip . Pour  your cold drink into an iSi Nitro whip,  insert the nitro capsule into the charger holder, twist to release the gas into the Nitro Whip, shake, and serve – your nitro drink with a smooth texture and the cascading effect is ready.
Are the Nitro Chargers also suitable for sparkling water or cream?
No – they contain  pure nitrogen  , which is not intended for frothing or carbonating. For beverages, use iSi Soda Chargers, and for cream, use iSi Eco Series Professional  Chargers.
Does the nitrogen taste like something?
No – the nitrogen used is  tasteless, residue-free, and food-safe  . It only changes the texture, not the taste of the beverage –but it does trick your tongue into thinking the liquid is creamy and sweet.
How long does the foam last in nitro drinks?
The fine foamy head remains stable for several minutes—especially with well-chilled drinks. The mouthfeel remains velvety until the very last sip.
How many chargers do I need per application?
Typically,  one Nitro Charger per filling  in the iSi Nitro Whip. For larger quantities or particularly dense textures, a second charger may be necessary.
