Shipping policy

 

iSi-Store ships most in-stock orders to the US within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are calculated and provided at the time of checkout.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on backorder are held until they can be shipped complete and an iSi-Store representative will reach out to the customer to notify them of any anticipated shipping delay.

Orders can only be shipped within the U.S. and Canada. Excluded U.S. destinations include HI and AK due to the sensitive nature of the charger products.

Orders totaling $70.00 and over qualify for free shipping. Free shipping offer applies only to destinations within the contiguous United States - Canada not eligible.

PLEASE NOTE: All chargers ship Ground Only and cannot be sent via express. Any order placed including chargers will be shipped Ground by default. Canadian residents receiving shipments from the iSi-Store are responsible for any duties and fees applicable to their purchase.
