250 g strawberries

50 ml Strawberry Syrup

200 ml vegan cream

Directions
Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or stand mixer.
Pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 8 to 12 times.
Leave to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and shake again before first use.
Recipe Note
Tip: The mousse can be served as a stand-alone dessert with fresh strawberries and a little biscuit crumble in a glass, or as the perfect Sunday breakfast with fresh waffles.
