60 ml Monin Pistachio Syrup

200 ml Flora Vegan Cream (31%)

100 g Vegan Cream Cheese

100 ml Vegan Nut Milk (Pistachio or Almond)

80 g pistachios

Directions
Puree all ingredients very finely using a hand blender or mixer.
Then, pour the entire mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L iSi Whipper. Screw on the iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 10-12 times.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and shake again before use.

Tip: With a bit of green food coloring, you can add even more freshness to your topping 😉.
