Directions
Blend all the ingredients together using a hand blender or stand mixer.
Pour the mixture through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 l iSi Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 8 to 12 times.
Leave to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and shake again before first use.
Food pairing tip: Use as a dip with smoked tofu or simply to nibble on with raw vegetable sticks.
Recipe Note
Tip: The airy structure of the foam allows the flavour to develop better and is more intense when eaten!
