50 ml vinegar

100 ml milk

1 tbsp honey

150 ml buttermilk

80 g crème fraîche

100 g mature Gorgonzola

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
Filtering through an iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L Whip.
Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 6 times. If the dressing is too liquid, shake again until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve directly on salad or in a bowl.
Recipe Note
Tip: The dressing not only goes perfectly with salads, but also as a dip for vegetable sticks or as a sauce for barbecues.
