How does the ordering process work in the iSi online shop?
You visit the website www.isi-store.com. Here you will find all available products with images and product descriptions. You choose one or more products, select the quantity you wish to order, and add the desired product(s) to your online shopping cart. Once you have added all your chosen products to the cart, click on it to access your order summary.
Here, you will see a clear overview of what is currently in your cart and the total cost. Tax and shipping costs are listed separately.
If you are satisfied with your order, click the "Checkout" button. If you haven't already logged in, you will be prompted to do so. However, you can also shop without registering and order as a guest. Both methods are very easy and only take a few minutes.
You will then be redirected to the delivery information page. Here you can enter your desired delivery address or select a previously saved address. After you have filled in the required fields, you will be taken back to the order summary, where you can review and edit your order.
Once you've selected everything to your satisfaction, you'll be redirected to the payment page. There, you can review your delivery and billing addresses, as well as your shipping method. If everything appears correct, simply select your payment method (e.g., credit card). Clicking the "Pay Now" button will submit your order and complete the process.
You'll then receive a confirmation email with your order number, and you can track your order status at any time in your customer account.
Are all prices in the iSi online shop inclusive of tax?
All prices in the iSi online shop include tax.
Can I view the status of my order?
Yes, under the heading "My Account" on the iSi Online Shop website, the status of your order can be tracked at any time after you have logged in with your password.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount.

You can currently order from the USA and Canada.

Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs? Is there free shipping?
Orders over $70.00 (after discounts) qualify for free shipping. For orders under $70.00, shipping rates are calculated and available at checkout. Shipping costs will be charged for orders consisting solely of free items. This offer cannot be combined with other free shipping promotions.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days (shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to the USA.
How are the packages shipped?
We will deliver your order via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Will items that are out of stock be shipped later?
Items that are not currently available will be shipped as soon as they become available.
What should you do if not all products have been delivered?

What to do if delivered items are damaged?
Please return the damaged item within 30 days. Contact us by email at admin@isi-store.com. You will receive a return label and return slip from us by email.
Returns
How does the return process work?
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Enclose the packing slip that you received with your order, please include your reason for return, billing name, and address with the item(s).

Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like FedEX or Insured Parcel Post. Please note: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs, and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
How do I get my money back when returning goods?
If your return is received within the 30 day returns window, we will inspect your purchase to ensure that all items are accounted for an in good condition. If these requirements are met, your refund is processed onto the credit card or method of payment used at checkout.

Change your login details and address in the iSi Online Shop in your personal customer account (“My Customer Account”).
I forgot my password. Where can I request a new one?
