What exactly are nitro drinks?
Nitro drinks are cold beverages like coffee, tea, or cocktails that are infused with  pure nitrogen . The effect: a velvety, almost creamy texture  , a  fuller mouthfeel  , and a fine foam head – all without milk, sugar, or carbonation. A smooth and creamy drink with a wow factor.
What do I need to make nitro drinks?
You will need the iSi Nitro, iSi Nitro Chargers (N2) and a cold prepared drink (e.g.: cocktail, cold brew, or iced tea). Fill the Nitro Whip with your beverage choice, insert the Nitro Charger, shake, dispense, enjoy the richness.
Which chargers are compatible with the iSi Nitro?
The iSi Nitro can ONLY be used with the  iSi Nitro Chargers (N2).  These contain  pure nitrogen  and create the typical nitro effect with fine-pored foam. For your safety, the Nitro System is not compatible with other iSi systems (N20 or CO2 gasses or whippers Siphons) and will not operate using any other charger than an iSi Nitro Charger, sold separately.
How many Nitro Chargers do I need per application?
Usually,  one Nitro Charger per filling  in the iSi Nitro Whip. For larger quantities or particularly dense textures, a second capsule may be necessary.
What happens if I put nitrogen in a drink?
The  pure nitrogen  ensures a  fine head  and a particularly soft mouthfeel. The drink remains the same, but the Nitro head adds more flavor intensity, with a smoother and surprisingly elegant twist to your drink.
Does the nitrogen provide another taste?
Yes, and No! Adding nitrogen bubbles tricks your tongue into feeling a sensation of sweetness, however, iSi Nitro Chargers are actually tasteless, residue-free and food-safe . So, both a sweeter velvety taste is discovered. It’s amazing food science!
How long does the foam last in nitro drinks?
The fine head of foam remains stable for several minutes – especially with well-chilled drinks. The mouthfeel remains velvety until the last sip.
Can I also use it to refine non-alcoholic drinks?
Absolutely Whether iced tea, cold brew mocktail, even salad dressing – refining your recipe with nitrogen, creates a  special, texture-rich taste experience .
How much drink can I make at once?
The iSi Nitro has a capacity of  1 liter/; 1 US Quart . Use the fill line marked on the outside of the stainless-steel bottle to ensure the best foaming effect.
